Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
All Sales are final. Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the goods. Any returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If at any time you find a defect of any kind on merchandise you have purchased from SexyCurvesLingerie.com or if you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please send a brief email describing the defect and we will send a replacement item, free of charge and arrange for the return of the defective item or wrong item. If you receive the wrong item please tell us what you received including item #, size & color. No additional shipping will be charged for replacing defective items or if the item received was incorrect.
SexyCurvesLingerie.com will NOT accept returns if:
- Items that have been washed, worn, altered, smell of perfumes, lotions, or smoke.
- Over five (5) days have passed from receiving your RMA #.
- We do not accept returns for bra sizes above 38 bandwidth or DD cup.
- Costumes and Clearance items are not returnable.
SexyCurvesLingerie.com cannot accept returns on panties or items that cover the crotch such as thongs, g-strings, and any similar intimate items due to health regulations. This is the law. Please select these items with care. We reserve the right to refuse any return. Unauthorized returns may be refused, or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Inspect your order promptly! You MUST e-mail us within five (5) days of receipt of your order to initiate your return. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please package your item back into it's original packaging with a note stating:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Method of original payment
- Reason for return / exchange
- RMA number
After receiving your RMA number,you will receive specific return instructions.
We MUST receive your merchandise along with the RMA number written on the outside of the package within five business (5) days from the date of receiving the RMA #. Unauthorized returns, returns without a RMA #, or returns that are received later than five business (5) days after the RMA # was issued are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return shipping charges for the returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you insure your return package with the postal service or ship returns back UPS or FedEx. We cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive or packages arriving damaged during shipping.
Holiday Return Policy
We recognize that an extended Return Policy is required for Christmas and Valentine's Day, traditional gift giving holidays. Items purchased, therefore, from November 1st through December 24th may be returned up to 10 days after Christmas Day. Similarly, items purchased from January 1st through February 13th may be returned up to 10 days after Valentine's Day. All other terms for returns apply.
Once we have processed a refund back to your card it may take several days for the credit to show up on your account. Usually about 72 hours.
All customer refused shipments will result in a 25% restocking fee. Packages returned to our warehouse as undeliverable may be re-shipped for an additional shipping and handling charge.
